In accordance with the requirements of the Polish Environmental Law and the Regulation on the types and quantities of hazardous substances present in a plant, the Vita Polymers Poland production plant in Brzeg Dolny was classified as a facility with a high risk of major industrial accident, and Vita Polymers Poland plant in Lublin was classified as a plant with an increased risk of major industrial accident due to the storage and use of a toluene diisocyanate for the production of flexible polyurethane foam.
