Made with polyurethane foam trim, plus liquid polymers used in the slabstock polymerization process. Environmentally friendly, the PUR foam trim comes from recycling open-cell polyurethanes.
The resulting foam is characterized by very high hardness and density, both of which are virtually impossible to achieve in basic polyurethane foam.
The main applications for the rebonded foam is the automotive industry, furniture industry and packaging as well as acoustic and thermal insulation.
Our range includes rebonded foam meeting the flame retardancy standards as per BS5852 Part 2 and FMVSS302 – in slabs, sheets, profiles, rolls.
